By using SiteSnap ("the Service") you agree to these terms. SiteSnap lets you create archived copies of publicly accessible webpages with a timestamp and a cryptographic hash.

1. Acceptable use

You may archive pages you are legally entitled to access. You must not use the Service to capture content unlawfully, to infringe intellectual property, or to circumvent access controls. You are responsible for how you use archived material.

2. No legal advice

SiteSnap is a software tool, not a law firm. A SiteSnap archive and its hash provide tamper-evidence but do not by themselves guarantee admissibility in any court. Follow your jurisdiction's rules of evidence.

3. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may change quotas, features, or pricing with notice.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteSnap's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
